Russian President Dmitry Medvedev plans to discuss bilateral economic
and humanitarian ties, regional cooperation and resolution of the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan
today, RIA Novosti reported.
"I hope we will be able to discuss bilateral economic and humanitarian
ties, regional cooperation and resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict," Medvedev said while opening talks with Armenian President
in Moscow.
Russian President said the two countries have established "regular,
constructive and friendly dialogue" and noted that he met with Sargsyan
six times last year and two times this year.
"More often we meet, easier it will be to address some problems,"
Medvedev said. He said "the atmosphere provides condition to do this"
pointing to fireplace. "As usual, we invite closest partners here
[Zavidovo country residence of President], Russian President said.
