On April 24, mourning ceremonies in connection with the anniversary of
the Great Armenian Genocide took place in numerous residential areas of
Artsakh. All day long the memorial complex of Stepanakert was populous.
The NKR Supreme Authority, representatives of the Legislative,
Executive, Judicial and Religious authorities together with thousands
of guests and citizens of Stepanakert paid a tribute of respect in
honour of innocent victims of the Genocide. At the memorial complex a
requiem Mass was conducted by the Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, head
of Artsakh Diocese.
