The settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, interaction within
the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)
and energy cooperation will be in the center of the talks between
Russian and Armenian presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Serzh Sargsyan,
a Kremlin source told Interfax on Wednesday.

Sargsyan will be in Russia on a working visit on Medvedev’s invitation
on April 23, he said.

"The agenda of the upcoming talks covers a wide spectrum of issues
pertaining to Russian-Armenian relations, measures to deal with
the effects of the global financial crisis, the situation in the
Transcaucasus and pressing international problems," the source said.

The two presidents will also discuss the Karabakh settlement.

"Russia’s basic position as an international mediator and co-chairman
of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s Minsk
Group on Nagorno-Karabakh remains unchanged: Moscow will continue
assisting Baku and Yerevan’s search for mutually acceptable solutions,"
he said.

The talks will center on ways to broaden trade and economic
cooperation, he said, adding that Russia is Armenia’s largest foreign-
economic and investment partner.
