ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 2 — Hrayr Darbinyan, Yerevan, Armenia, has
developed an ornamental design for an extendable utility bar. The
inventors was issued U.S. Patent No. D591,134 on April 28.
The patent has been assigned to JPJ Investment Holding Co., Carson
City, Nev. The original application was filed on Oct. 16, 2007.For
