IN CASE OF ASSUMING YEREVAN GOVERNMENT RPA AND OYP ENVISAGE TO IMPROVE CONDITION OF MUSEUMS AND LIBRARIES

YEREVAN, MAY 13, NOYAN TAPAN. "Yerevan has always been known with its
unique color. A good mood, spirit of refined cultural events prevailed
in Yerevan," the preelection program of RPA running for Yerevan Council
of Elders elections mentioned. Saying that it is time to restore the
Yerevan of old and kind traditions, RPA promises to assist preservation
and restoration of cultural values, to improve the conditions of
museums, libraries, sports schools within community’s jurisdiction,
as well as to organize national, state, and town festivities.

Orinats Yerkir (Country of Law) party’s preelection program’s Culture
department mentioned that we should assist preservation of Yerevan’s
historic-cultural heritage, contribute to harmonious development
of modern, popular, and applied arts. In case of assuming Yerevan’s
government OYP is going to encourage authors of significant cultural
works, to expand Yerevan’s participation in regional and international
cultural programs, as well as to repair and furnish museums, libraries,
schools within Yerevan’s jurisdiction, to raise their employees’
salaries.
