WORLD FAMOUS CHARLES AZNAVOUR IN ARTSAKH

STEPANAKERT, MAY 18, ARMENPRESS: World famous Charles Aznavour arrived
in Artsakh May 17. In the airport he was met by the Nagorno Karabakh
authorities headed by the President Bako Sahakyan. The delegation
accompanying Ch. Aznavour left for the newly build cultural center
named after the great singer, the red ribbon of which was cut by the
outstanding singer.

With the decree of President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako
Sahakyan Charles Aznavour has been awarded with the Medal of "Grigor
Lusavorich". During his gratitude speech the great singer noted that
his dream to visit Artsakh has come true.

On the same day in the Stepanakert Square of Revival Aida and Seda
Aznavourians gave a concert. Charles Aznavour also took part in the
concert of his sister and daughter.
