The temperature in Yerevan today will be 31 degrees, as reported
to "A1+" today head of the Meteorological Forecasts Department of
"HayPetHidromet" Gagik Surenyan. According to him, the high temperature
is due to the flow of hot air from the south, yet there is no cause
for alarm or surprise.

"If it were 36 degrees, there would be some cause for alarm. The
temperature last year in April was 35 degrees, but this year the
temperature hit 31 degrees in May", he said.

According to forecasts, the temperature will fall by 2-3 degrees
starting tomorrow.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
