EDWARD NALBANDIAN AND MATIAS YORSH DISCUSS ISSUES CONNECTED WITH EU EASTERN PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

YEREVAN, MAY 22, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandyan received today the delegation headed by the head of
Commission of European Affairs of Hungarian Parliament Matias
Yorsh. Media relations department of Armenian Foreign Ministry told
Armenpress that greeting the guest the Minister Nalbandyan noted
that the cooperation between Armenia and Hungary in bilateral and
multilateral formats develops efficiently and business and cultural
relations expand.
The interlocutors have in details spoken about the Armenia-EU
cooperation and discussed issues connected with the EU Eastern
partnership project.
Edward Nalbandyan noted that this new format of cooperation with the
EU contains significant potential and Armenia aims actively to take
part in the project.
Stressing the importance of further enhancement and consolidation
of multilateral cooperation between the two states Matias Yorsh
underscored that one of the objectives of the visit is to discuss
the EU Eastern partnership project with the Armenian authorities;
he also noted that within the context of bilateral relations and
development of links between the two nations making the process of
getting the entrance visa easier has a significant importance.
During the meeting refer has been made to the latest developments of
Karabakh conflict negotiation process and thoughts have been exchanged
on the process of regulation of Armenian-Turkish relations.
