ANC spokesman: We have already fixed a number of total violations
several hours later after opening of election precincts

ArmInfo. Spokesman of the Armenian National Congress Arman Musinyan
told journalists that they have already revealed a number of total
violations by this moment during the voting on election for the Council
of Elders of Yerevan.

He said the most flagrant violation happened at about 10:25 AM in the
election precinct 9/1 where a violence was used with respect to the
media representatives by the body-keepers of a parliamentarian from the
Republican party of Armenia Levon Sargsyan.

He also said the cases of violence with respect to the election agents
of ANC and "Heritage" party were fixed, in particular, in
Malatia-Sebastia community (precinct 7/08, 8/02), as well as
interference with the work of the election agents of these political
forces (Achapnyak-Davidashen community, гprecincts 7/27 and 7/28).
Moreover, Musinyan said ANC has fixed the cases of open voting (Center
community, precinct 9/20), repeated voting, distribution of bribes
(Avan and Erebuni communities), etc. Musinyan also said the ANC has
some proofs that the persons from the republic’s regions, not
registered in Yerevan, took part in the voting. According to him, the
people are carried to from Vanadzor, Abovyan, Artashat, Maralik and
other towns, that is a serious violation of Armenia’s Constitution.
