YEREVAN, JUNE 8, NOYAN TAPAN. On June 8, the RA National Assembly by
secret ballot elected Bargavach Hayastan (Prosperous Armenia) faction
member Naira Zohrabian as Chairwoman of the NA Standing Committee on
European Integration.

According to Calculation Commission Chairman Gagik Melikian, 95 of
131 NA deputies took part in voting. 91 deputies voted for the only
candidate, 3 against. One ballot paper was invalidated.
