OVER 590 HECTARES OF LANDS ALIENATED IN ARMENIA THIS APR

YEREVAN, June 8. /ARKA/. This April, 1,209 land plots with a total
area of 599.71 hectares were alienated in Armenia.

The RA Real Estate Cadaster reports that 50 of the land plots with
a total area of 37.27 hectares were alienated in Yerevan.

This April, 604 plots of cultivable lands with a total area of 483.93
hectares, 437 land plots with a total area of 35.2 hectares for
housing and 15 land plots (57.4 hectares) for industrial facilities
were alienated.

This April, purchase and sale transactions were effected with land
plots with a total area of 543.78 hectares (36.81 hectares in Yerevan).

A total of 52.49 hectares of lands were granted (0.21 in Yerevan),
3.44 hectares were exchanged (0.25 in Yerevan).
