responsibility for Armenia’s future, RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan
"The RPA should assume greater responsibility while the opposition
should not feel suppressed. I am convinced that over half of those
people who did not vote are supporters of the opposition," he said,
warning the public against growing indifferent.
