AMNESTY WILL NOT BE FOR EVERYONE

Today, the head of the Committee for Civil Society Building of the
Public Council Hovhannes Hovhannisyan stated that the Public Council
made a decision to present a proposal on the amnesty to the president.
The participants of the March 1-2 events who are deprived of
freedom will be included in the groups, which will undergo an
amnesty. Hovhannes Hovhannisyan stated that the amnesty will be carried
out not for everyone. "If there will be such people, who committed
crimes, which brought about death of people, I think the amnesty
should not relate them", stated the members of the Public Council.
