ArmInfo. ‘Armenia has never had any disagreements regarding formation
of the Collective Rapid Deployment Forces (CRDF) of the Collective
Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)’.

CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha says in an interview with
MIR TV.

‘Armenia has had only approaches that made the activity of the CRDF
more specific>, N. Bordyuzha says. He said Uzbeksitan has a special
stand on some items. ‘I think it is also a subject for discussion
at the meeting of the CSTO Ministerial Council that will take place
before the Session of the Collective Security Council. I think these
issues will be discussed also with the CSTO presidents’, he says.

N. Bordyuzha believes that no disagreements should be regarding
formation of the CRDF. ‘Each member state just presents its stands
on specific issues during the voting. It is natural and even
necessary since CRDF concerns the most important i.e. the elements
of sovereignty of every state and the greatest part of the internal
national legislation regulating security issues’, he says.

N. Bordyuzha is sure that every state expressing its stand basing on
the approaches to the security sphere. ‘The opinion is unanimous –
collective forces are necessary. It is necessary just to specify
every phrase in the agreement’, CSTO Secretary General says.
