HEAD OF ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT DOES NOT RULE OUT AN OPPORTUNITY OF THE NKR INVOLVEMENT IN THE ‘BACK HOME’ PROGRAMME

ArmInfo. The head of the Armenian government Tigran Sarkisyan said
at the economical forum Bridge Artsakh held in Stepanakert that does
not rule out an opportunity of the NKR involvement in the ‘Back home’
programme, being implemented by Diaspora Ministry of Armenia, Arminfo
correspondent reported from Stepanakert.
He also added that mortgage crediting is implemented within the frames
of the above mentioned programme. ‘Our compatriots want to come back
home and the government should create favorable conditions for them’,
– Tigran Sarkisyan said and added that house construction is very
much important in this context. He also said they are going to lead
the term of mortgage credit repayment up to 30 years and to decrease
rates of interest. Touching on the forum in general Armenian premier
said that this event will open new prospects for development of the
NKR economy and will establish new economical traditions.
To recall, the prime minister of Armenia and a number of members
of the Armenian Cabinet partake in BRIDGE ARTSAKH economic
forum in Stepanakert organized by the Union of Industrialists and
Businessmen of Armenia and MASTER Center of International Integration
Support. The forum is held under the auspices of the NKR president
and government. Artsakh Investment Fund is the official partner of
the forum.
