CULINARY DIPLOMACY HEATS UP IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, Armenia, March 27 — The U.S. Embassy issued the following
press release:
IRM information management specialist and cook extraordinaire Greg
Church gave a demonstration of his award-winning chili recipe live
on Armenia TV this Thursday afternoon. Greg was assisted by Armenian
singing sensation Hasmik Karapetian and popular TV personality Felix
Khachatrian. He shared anecdotes, discussed the versatility of American
cuisine, and took phone calls from an interested public. Greg’s
culinary outreach provided an opportunity to showcase American life
in a unique (and delicious) fashion, and presented a positive image
of U.S. culture to a potential audience of over 3 million people.
