Leader of the Marxist Party of Armenia, David Hakobyan, does not take
the Council of Europe and the European officials seriously.

"It would be childish to take the European structures seriously. They
send several scatterbrains, who come and go with the same assessment,
registering one step forward," he said.

The year 2009 is going to be a year of extraordinary parliamentary
elections, David Hakobyan told a press conference today. He is not
satisfied with the internal political situation in the country.

"The political, economic and social situation remains unconsoling a
year after the presidential elections," David Hakobyan said.
