SUMMER BIBLE STUDY WORKSHOPS FOR YOUTH BEGIN IN ANTELIAS

For the second year the Christian Education Department of the Catholicosate
organized with the Armenian University Church Students’ Association (ACUSA),
summer sessions for spiritual reflection and spirituality in the Armenian
Orthodox Church.

The first session was held on Friday 4 July 2009, in Antelias. More than
fifty young women and men registered for the sessions. The theme of the
first workshop was "the parables of Jesus and their implications today",
with a particular emphasis on Youth and spiritual life. The workshops will
be held in Antelias every Friday evening during the summer holidays.
