PRESIDENT SARGSYAN VISITS FRENCH EMBASSY ON BASTILLE DAY

President Serzh Sargsyan visited the French Embassy in Armenia on
the occasion of the National Day of France.

Congratulating he employees of the Embassy, the President wished
further development to France and prosperity to its people.

President Sargsyan expressed gratitude to France for extending a
helping hand to our people at the hardest moment of our history by
hosting them and with an opportunity to develop. The President noted
that being French citizens enjoying all rights, they have preserved
the Armenian identity.

Serzh Sargsyan attached importance to the recognition of the Armenian
Genocide by France in 2001.
