By late 2009 Armavia may acquire one or two planes of French-German
company "Airbus Industry", Director General of Armavia Norayr Belluyan
told journalists.

According to him, in 2010 Armavia may also acquire two Airbus
planes. "In the future these plans may be adjusted. In any case, now
it is profitable now to buy planes as because of the crisis the price
for airbuses fell by 15-20%",- he said. He added that one of the two
planes will be bought, the second one will be leased. Both transactions
will most likely be carried out with the company’s own funds.

At present Armavia air park numbers three Ð~B-319, two Ð~B-320,
an IL-6, a TU-134 and a Boeing 737-300.
