Armenia-Azerbaijan summit on Nagorno-Karabakh opens
YEREVAN July 17
Armenia and Azerbaijan have begun their sixth summit on the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Armenian media said on Friday.
The Armenian and Azeri presidents, Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev,
are being accompanied by their foreign ministers at the meeting, held
in Moscow. The co-chairmen of the Minsk Group, an Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe body mediating in the conflict, are
present at the summit.
Sargsyan and Aliyev plan to hold one-to-one talks thereafter.
