TATEVIK HOVHANNISIAN’S BENEVOLENT CONCERT TAKES PLACE IN LOS ANGELES

LOS ANGELES, AUGUST 3, NOYAN TAPAN – ARMENIANS TODAY. Jazz
singer Tatevik Hovhannisian’s benevolent concert took place in Los
Angeles. The whole profit of the concert must be given for treatment
of people sick with blood cancer. The organizer of the concert was
the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry. Besides her own repertoire,
Tatevik Hovhannisian also performed improvisations on the themes of
Komitas’ and Sayat-Nova’s works.
