SERZH SARGSYAN: ARMENIA INSISTING ON CONFIRMATION OF NAGORNY KARABAKH’S STATUS IN SETTLEMENT OF KARABAKH CONFLICT

ArmInfo. Armenia keeps on standing for the three basic principles
of settling the Karabakh conflict, in particular, the necessity of
confirming Nagorny Karabakh’s status, president of Armenia Serzh
Sargyan declared at a meeting with the delegation of the All Armenian
Sport Union, on Wednesday.
The presidential press-service quoted the president as saying: "We
proceed on standing for the three basic principles of the conflict’s
settlement. In particular: existence of overland communication with
Armenia and guarantees of Nagorny Karabakh’s security. In addition,
the settlement-scheme to be approved during the negotiations must
be submitted to versatile discussion of the political forces and
public. Afterwards, the final resolution will be achieved," the
president said.
