The head of the Foreign Ministry Press Division Tigran Balayan
answering the question that Novruz Mamedov from the Azerbaijani
president’s staff insists that Armenia is being repressed to make
concessions in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, stated, "Mamedov’s thoughts
again proved his being unaware and his wish to represent for reality
what is desired, which has also been stated by the OSCE Minsk group
co-chairs. If I am not mistaken, lately, Mathew Bryza stated that
Mamedov did not take part in any meeting between the Armenian and
Azerbaijani presidents and consequently, he cannot make conclusions
about their content and the essence of the negotiation process".
