TIGRAN BALAYAN: MAMEDOV IS COMPLETELY UNINFORMED

Tigran Balayan, Head of Media Relations Division of Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Armenia, replied the question of "Mediamax" agency how he
would analyze Novruz Mamedov’s statement as Armenia is forced to make
concessions for the NKR conflict settlement.

"Mamedov’s statement attests once again that he is completely
uninformed. This fact was publicly established by the OSCE Misnk
Group Co-Chairs as well. Recently MG American Co-Chair Matthew Bryza
announced that Mamedov has never participated in the meetings of
Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, so he can’t analyze the essence
and the process of negotiations at all," Tigran Balayan said.
