LEVON ARONIAN CELEBRATES 2ND VICTORY IN JERMUK 2009 TOURNAMENT

YEREVAN, AUGUST 14, NOYAN TAPAN. The 4th stage meetings of the Jermuk
2009 International Tournament took place on August 12. Levon Aronian
(Armenia) won Gata Kamsky (U.S.) and is the leader with Peter Leko
(Hungary), each having 3 points. Vladimir Hakobian (Armenia) played a
drawn game with Rustam Kasimdzhanov (Uzbekistan) and, having 2 points,
occupies the 5th-10th horizontal lines with a group of chess players.

L. Aronian competed with R. Kasimdzhanov on August 13, and V. Hakobian
played with Boris Gelfand (Israel).
