AZERI VOTED FOR ARMENIANS SUBJECT TO EXAMINATION

Azerbaijani National Security Ministry gave comments to BBC Azerbaijan
office that they have called those Azeri who have voted for the
Armenian representatives to "Eurovision 2009" international song
contest.

A representative of the ministry told that Rovshan Nasirov has
been called to the ministry to explain his vote given to Armenian
singers. "Taking into account the relations between Armenia and
Azerbaijan that information is of great importance," official said.

Regarding the "Eurovision" contest Azerbaijani representative, the
head of Azerbaijani public TV Ismail Omarov said that the contest is
a musical one and there is no need to politicize it.
