"Noyev Kovcheg" (Noah’s Ark), Armenian Diaspora daily published in
Russia has recently commented on Arsen Melik-Shahnazaryan’s book,
foreign affairs journalist. The book titled "Nagorno-Karabakh: facts
against lie" raises the issues of information-ideological aspects of
Karabakh conflict.

Shahnazaryan aimed at filtering the history of the conflict between
NKR Armenians (in the broadest sense, not within Nagorno-Karabakh
autonomy) and pseudo-Azerbaijani nationalistic authorities.

Arsen Melik-Shahnazaryan went to the heart of Karabakh issue,
devoting special attention to well-reasoned exposure of falsifications
of the Baku pretendants of other’s territories and their foreign
accomplices. As a result, we have an absorbing and thrilling book
for laymen.

The reader should turn attention to the conclusions Melik-Shahnazaryan
makes, all supported by facts and documents. They are persuasive
for the politicians, engaged in the conflict both from Armenian
and Azerbaijani side, enabling to rationally evaluate the
situation. Reading the book, they will be able to analyze who is right
and who is wrong, as well as offer optimal decisions on the principles
of natural law, that is on the list of justice principles as well.

The book reflects the main landmarks of the national statehood
establishment and Artsakh people to exercise their right for
self-determination.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
