ZAKHAROV: BAKU TRIES TO MISLEAD THE WORLD COMMUNITY ON KARABAKH PROBLEM

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The statement by the head of the political analysis
and information support department of the Azerbaijan’s presidential
administration, that there is no third party in the Karabakh conflict
can be described as frivolous.
Azerbaijan forgets that even in 90th it signed a number of agreements
with Nagorno Karabakh , indicating that Baku recognizes Stepanakert
as a party to the conflict, Vladimir Zakharov deputy director of the
Center for Caucasian Studies at Moscow State Institute of International
Relations told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
Over the last 20 years, Baku has been trying to convince everybody that
it was particularly Armenia started the war against Azerbaijan. Nothing
has been said about the fact that people living in Karabakh are
Armenians and they have been subjected to ethnic cleansing by
Azerbaijan," the Russian expert stressed.
According to him, the world community is not well familiar with the
Karabakh conflict and Baku derives use from it, deceiving the world.
