dismissal is impending, NEWS.am reports referring to Russian diplomatic
reliable source. According to the source, the resignation of Foreign
Minister is connected with Karabakh conflict settlement and number
of errors Mammadyarov made in Turkish relations’.
The source also confirmed rumors about official Baku discord to
Bryza’s appointment as U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan. The process
was suspended not because of agrément’s delay from Azerbaijani side,
but during the "unofficial concurrence" of his candidature. "Bryza is
too active for Baku. Under certain data, he has prepared the updated
version of Madrid Principles, being instructed by U.S. President in
consent of France and Russia," the source informed.
