ARMENIAN PRESIDENT CONGRATULATED NKR PEOPLE ON NATIONAL HOLIDAY

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The past eighteen years reaffirmed the
unambiguousness of the historic decision adopted in 1991. Today,
Nagorno Karabakh Republic is an established state, with its structures,
army and most importantly, citizens who are the masters of their own
fate," RA President Serzh Sargsyan says in his congratulatory message
devoted to the 18th anniversary of NKR independence.
