NATIONAL SECURITY SERVICE OF ARMENIA REFUTES REPORTS BY SOME FOREIGN MEDIA ON INCIDENT ON ARMENIAN- GEORGIAN BORDER

National Security Service of Armenia has categorically refuted the
reports by some foreign media on an incident on the Armenian-Georgian
border. Death of three Georgian frontier guards has become the reason
of the above reports. The NSS of Armenia told ArmInfo that no incidents
were registered on the Armenian-Georgian border.

Georgian media reported that the bodies of three police officers
were found at a frontier post nearby the Georgian-Armenian border in
Adigeni. Other details of the incident are not reported. Investigation
is underway.
