GARABAGH SEPARATISTS SECRETLY CONVENED MILITARY LEADERS – REPORT

Top military commanders of the separatist regime in Upper (Nagorno)
Garabagh, an Azerbaijani region under Armenian occupation, held a
secret meeting on Monday, according to Armenia`s Tert.am news agency.

The source did not succeed in revealing the issues that were discussed,
but said the participants appeared "perturbed" in conclusion of
the discussions.

"The attendees headed to their military units as soon as the meeting
concluded," the source said. "Regiment commanders conducted a line-up,
which means that an alarm bell will soon be rung in `the army of Upper
Garabagh`, or, speaking in military terms, military mobilization will
be declared."

The report enables a conclusion that Garabagh separatists had
obtained some troubling news. However, since the specifics are
unknown, it remains to make presumptions about the signal caught by
the separatist regime.
