STRASBURG, SEPTEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS: Chairman of the Council of Europe
Ministers’ Committee, Foreign Minister of Slovenia Samuel Zbogar
greeted the decision of starting consultations for the establishments
of diplomatic relations between the Armenia and Turkey.
"This decision for good common future is worthy support of the
international community," he said, expressing hope that the process
will bring to quick results and Armenia and Turkey will overcome
the wounds of past and establish natural relations based on mutual
interests.
