AGBU WELCOMES THE ARMENIAN-TURKISH PROTOCOLS

President Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with the President of the
Armenian General Benevolent Union, Perch Sedrakyan.
President Sargsyan appreciated the involvement of the AGBU in solving
issues of pan-Armenian importance.
AGBU President Perch Sedrakyan presented the current and future
programs of the Union. The parties referred to the latest developments
in the Armenian-Turkish relations.
According to Perch Sedrakyan, the Armenian General Benevolent Union
cannot be indifferent to national-political issues and closely follows
the process.
He said the AGBU supports the last protocols targeted at the
normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey and attaches
importance to the fact that the negotiations include no preconditions.
