ARMENIAN AND NKR PRESIDENTS MEET IN STEPANAKERT

ArmInfo. Presidents of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh Serzh Sargsyan
and Bako Sahakyan have met in Stepanakert. S. Sargsyan arrived in
Artsakh to take part in the festive events dedicated to the 18th
anniversary of the NKR declaration.

As Central Information Department of the NKR Presidential Office
told ArmInfo, the two presidents later held an extended meeting with
participation of the NKR prime minister and the two Armenian states’
finance ministers. The issues of the social and economic development
of our republic, as well as the cooperation in the financial-economic
sphere were discussed at the meeting. Both parties emphasized the
necessity of further deepening of the economic interaction.

The two presidents held another meeting on the same day and
discussed the issues concerning the events in the region and the
Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict. Chairman of the NKR Parliament
Ashot Gulyan, PM Ara Harutyunyan, Head of the presidential staff,
Secretary of the Security Council Marat Musaelyan, Defense Minister
Movses Hakopyan and Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan took part in
the meeting.
