PRIME MINISTER PARTICIPATES IN THE OPENING OF "ARMENIA EXPO 2009" EXHIBITION-FORUM

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Prime Minister Tigran
Sargsyan participated today in the opening of the 9th universal
regional trade-industrial exhibition-forum "ARMENIA EXPO 2009"
organized by the LOGOS EXPO Center and Union of Manufacturers and
Businessmen in Karen Demirtchyan sports and concert complex September
4-6.

Governmental press service told Armenpress that the head of the
government highlighted the traditional conduction of the exhibition
and noted that "Such events create good prerequisites for overcoming
today’s difficulties together. The circumstance that 150 organizations
from 9 countries are participating in the event is very important. This
means that people came here with projects, with services, products
at the same time to find new partners and expand markets. We support
the implementation of such events in Armenia knowing quite well that
such initiatives have essential importance for formation of business
environment".

The prime minister walked in the showing hall and got acquainted with
the companies and their products.

More than 150 organizations, companies and unions from Armenia,
Nagorno Karabakh, Russia, Belarus, Iran, UAE, Germany, Georgia, China.
