ArmInfo. We are ready to cooperate with Armenia in using information
technologies during organization of the election process, deputy
Chairman of the Central Election Committee of Russia Stanislav Vavilov,
being in Yerevan on the occasion of the annual conference of the
Association of Electoral Authorities of Europe, told ArmInfo.

He said CEC of Russia successfully carries out a programme of
implementation of new technologies at the election which facilitate the
election process and prevent falsifications. As for the cooperation
with Armenia in this aspect, S. Vavilov considers this quite
perspective. ‘If CEC of Armenia considers it necessary to adopt our
experience, we shall be glad to share with it. By the way, an
exhibition will be held in Moscow in October. I think it will be very
interesting for us to work. This conference has shown that the Armenian
party works perfectly. We shall gladly appear with our results and get
acquainted with the Armenian party’s initiative’, Vavilov said.
