SESSION OF NA EUROPEAN INTEGRATION COMMISSION TAKES PLACE

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS: Session of the NA’s European
Integration Permanent Commission took place today chaired by its head
Naira Zohrabyan.
NA public relations department told Armenpress that she presented
a report on the implemented work as well as the initial agreements
reached with the European Commission.
Zohrabyan informed that with the support of the European Commission
experts of the NA’s European Integration Commission will have training
which will give them an opportunity to make the work of the members
of the commission more effective and in accordance with the European
standards. The chairwoman of the commission informed that a number
of arrangements have been reached during the meeting with head of the
Delegation of European Commission to Armenia Raul de Luzenberger which
will help to implement the work and functions of the commission in a
more optimal way. Naira Zohrabyan also presented to the members of the
commission details of her visit to Nagorno Karabakh and arrangements
reached with the Karabakh authorities.
The commission was also informed that within the frameworks of the
"Open Doors" of the parliament "European Week" event will be conducted.
