YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, NOYAN TAPAN. On September 10, RA President Serzh
Sargsyan signed decrees on relieving Ashot Kocharian of the position of
RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to India and appointing
him as RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Lebanon
(residence in Beirut), the RA President’s Press Office reported.
