ArmInfo. Bilateral relations with Turkey must not be established as
long as Turkey denies Armenian Genocide and the issue of Kars and
Ardahan and other originally Armenian lands, Head of the Community
of Yezids of Armenia Aziz Tamoyan told media on Thursday.

He said that yet last year he opposed the visit of Turkish President
Gul to Armenia. "Turks have not changed their stand on Armenia. After
visiting our country Gul immediately left for Azerbaijan to "calm
down" Aliyev and once more assure him of Turkey’s friendship and
fraternity. Such is the policy of Turkish leadership," Tamoyan said. He
said that despite being devoted to peace and good-neighbored relations,
he couldn’t reconcile with Turks who annihilated and expelled 1.5
million of Armenians and nearly 500,000 of Yezids from their native
lands. "I cannot understand what does establishment of relations
without preconditions mean! If Turkey has not recognized Genocide of
Armenia, if the Kars Treaty that deprived Armenians of their lands
is still in force, normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations
are inexpedient and out of question!" declared Tamoyan.
