In the "Grand Slam" Masters Final taking place in Bilbao, Spain,
as we had already informed, the Armenian Grandmaster Levon Aronyan
prematurely took the place of the winner, turning the game of the
last round into a formality. In the currant round he didn’t tend
to a victory and it is normal: it is difficult to concentrate over
the game when you have ended the tournament with victory. So, Levon
Aronyan ended in draw the game with Sergey Karyakin. Aleksey Shirov
and Alexander Grishchuk also ended in draw.

So the leader of the tournament list was Levon Aronyan with 13
points. Alexander Grishchuk that followed him got 8 points. Sergey
Karyakin was the 3rd one with 7 points. On the last position is
Aleksey Shirov with 3 points.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
