PROCREDIT BANK OPENS EIGHTH BRANCH IN ARMENIA

ArmInfo. ProCredit Bank has opened a new eighth branch in Yerevan –
Shengavit community, ProCredit Bank press-service told ArmInfo. The
new branch is located in Bagratunyats Street 15. The Central Bank
registered it on August 14 2009.

ProCredit Bank Executive Director Bertolt Hertzfeldt said the bank
highlights the importance of Neighbor- Bank idea and strives to
extend its branch network to become more accessible to public in
specific communities.

Six of the eight branches of the bank are in Yerevan and another two
are in Vanadzor and Gyumri. The credit portfolio of ProCredit Bank
is $24.8 million, portfolio of deposits is $14.5 million. The bank
entered the Armenian market in Feb 2008.

ProCredit Bank shareholders are ProCredit Holdings AG (67,49%)m German
KfW (15,84%) and EBRD (16.67%).
