DASHNAKCUTYUN HOPES FOR CLOSE COOPERATION

Representatives of some political forces including Heritage’s founder
Raffi Hovannisyan have joined signatures collecting placed at Republic
Square and organized since September 15 by Armenian Revolutionary
Federation Faction "Dashnakcutyun". The political action is directed
against Armenian-Turkish initialed protocols’ ratification.

Asked on press-conference Dashnakcutyun’s member Vahan Hovhannisyan
welcomed Raffi Hovannisyan’s joining and said that a number of public
communities, individuals, and politicians have put their signatures.

In this connection journalists asked about DSashnakcutyun’s and
Heritage’s union possibility. Vahan Hovhannisyan said it is impossible
as according to ARFD’s regulations only an individual cab become
a member.

"Close co-operation, joint activities, of course, are not only
possible, but will certainly be carried out," he said.
