NAS to support Protocols

RA National Academy of Sciences (NAS) will support RA authorities’
foreign policy on Armenian-Turkish reconciliation. This decision was
made at the Academy’s general meeting on Armenian-Turkish relations’
normalization.
The NAS members, heads of research centers, RA Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandyan and the RA Minister of Science and Education Armen Ashotyan
participated in the meeting.
The Academy approved foreign policy established by Armenian
authorities, directed on the improvement of relations with neighboring
countries and end of Armenia’s blockade. Academy will keep supporting
the policy by means of the scientific institutions’ research.
It is worth mentioning that the general meeting was closed for the
press, and the journalists were let in only during the NAS President
Radik Martirosyan’s speech.
