President of Armenia pays working visit to Ararat region

ArmInfo. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan visited the republic’s
Ararat region today.

As ArmInfo reports, the president visited Ararat branch of Yerevan
Brandy Company. S. Sargsyan also visited town of Masis and attended
Masis Tobacco enterprise together with Director of Grand Holding
Company Hrant Vardanyan. Here the president got acquainted with the raw
material receipt and storage conditions, as well as with the workers’
labour conditions. In particular, S. Sargsyan visited the tobacco
segmentation and production workshop, as well as planted a tree. After
that, the president left for Armavir and visited MAP plant. Here S.
Sargsyan viewed the grape and vegetable procurement reception stations,
after which he went to the regional administration of Armavir and took
part in the meeting with the grape processing company heads. Minister
of Territorial Administration, vice Prime Minister Armen Gevorkyan,
Agriculture Minister Gerasim Alaverdyan, as well as heads of the
regional administrations of Armavir, Ararat and Tavush also took part
in the meeting.
