AZERBAIJANI PARLIAMENT’S FIRST VICE-SPEAKER CONCERNED ABOUT TURKISH JOURNALISTS’ VISIT TO NAGORNO-KARABAKH

The first vice speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament urges Turkish
journalists to respect Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and
sovereignty.

"We are concerned about the Turkish journalists’ visit to
Nagorno-Karabakh through crossing the territory of other country,"
First Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov
told reporters.

Asgarov said the Azerbaijan-Turkey relations cannot be equated with
maintained with other states.

According to Trend News, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry sent a
note of protest against journalists’ visit to Nagorno-Karabakh to
the Turkish Embassy in Baku on Sept. 25.
