NKR PRESIDENT BAKO SAHAKIAN RECEIVES FAMOUS COMPOSER KONSTANTIN ORBELIAN

STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 30, NOYAN TAPAN. On September 29, NKR President
Bako Sahakian met with famous composer, USSR People’s Artist Konstantin
Orbelian, who had arrived in Artsakh the same day. Appreciating
maestro’s contribution in the issue of development of culture he
expressed the hope that the renowned composer will continue living
an active creative life.

According to a report by the NKR President’s Administration Press
Service, a number of issues regarding culture and art of singing in
Artsakh were discussed at the meeting. NKR Minister of Culture and
Youth Affairs Narine Aghbalian also participated in the meeting.
