SARGSYAN AND ALIYEV MAKE INCONSISTENT STATEMENTS

Karabakh conflict talks with Armenia are in the final stage,
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated during his visit to
Nakhchivan.

According to Azerbaijani mass media, in the course of the visit to Baku
OSCE Minsk Group Russian, U.S. and French Co-Chairs expressed hope on
the breakthrough in Karabakh conflict resolution at the Oct. 8, 2009
forthcoming meeting of Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Alieyev in Chisinau.

As NEWS.am reported earlier, RA President Serzh Sargsyan said these
days there is no point in expecting serious breakthrough in Karabakh
peace talks in the near future as much work is yet to be done.
