GOVERNMENT EXTENDS TERM OF "TEMPORARY IMPORT" CUSTOMS REGIME FOR TEAM ENERGY COMPANY

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, NOYAN TAPAN. At the October 15 sitting,
the Armenian government made a decision to extend the term of the
"temporary import" customs regime for Team Energy LLC. According to
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisian, the company
is engaged in oil and gas prospecting in Armenia, and the imported
large equipment is envisaged for drilling activity.

The minister said that due to the global economic crisis, the company
suspended its activities for a while and now it has resumed work.
